Join us for a special presentation by Shaunda Arsenie, Physiotherapist, on Stretching to Improve Breathing.

Shaunda will discuss the importance of stretching to improve breathing, offering invaluable insights and techniques to enhance your well being.

We are proud to continue our partnership with the Saskatchewan Health Authority's Live Well Pulmonary Fibrosis Program to host these support meetings.

About the presenter:

Shaunda began helping and teaching people over 20 years ago in her role as a dance instructor, and her passion for guiding individuals to an improved state of health and well-being has grown from there! Shaunda’s love of dance and fascination with human movement naturally led her to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy. Over her 10 + year career as a physiotherapist, Shaunda has continued her education to include Medical Therapeutic Yoga, Functional Movement Assessment, vestibular rehabilitation, nervous system regulation and biomedical dry needling, allowing her to meet you wherever you’re at on your healing journey.

Shaunda is currently a sessional lecturer for the College of Kinesiology where she enjoys teaching budding health care professionals about motor control and the fundamentals of physical activity.

In her spare time, Shaunda loves reading, dancing, camping and exploring the backcountry in the Canadian Rockies with her husband.
